Last night my friends and I took to the jersey pines armed with flashlights, beers, and mp3 files of the pine barrens tree frog's mating call. We found a suitable lake and listened for calls. When we heard one, we moved to the area the sound was coming from and stood silently and played the mp3 on a cell phone until the frog started calling again, and we would move closer until we found the bush it was in. They're cool little frogs.

In the Amazon rainforest salt is a highly sought after commodity. Tears are full of salt, so these butterflies are literally drinking the turtles tears to get the vital mineral.
This is a fairly common sight in the Amazon, and it's not restricted to butterflies.
